Curis Network is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive diagnostic and, where appropriate, therapeutic services to patients, with a patient-centered approach and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team (Radiologists, Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Technologists).
Key Responsibilities- Clinical assessment, selection/approval of radiopharmaceuticals and conduct/supervision of Nuclear Medicine examinations (e.g. scintigraphy, PECT/CT).
- Interpretation of examinations and issuance of documented reports, based on guidelines and quality protocols.
- Participation in oncology and other interdisciplinary councils (MDTs) for diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making.
- Implementation of Nuclear Medicine therapeutic procedures where applicable (e.g. radioiodine), with safe management and patient monitoring.
- Compliance with radiation protection and pharmacovigilance regulations; collaboration with RPO/Medical Physicists for ALARA and dosimetry.
- Maintenance of accurate documentation, data protection and contribution to the Quality Assurance (QA/QC) program.
- Staff training and, where appropriate, participation in research/educational activities.
Essential Qualifications- Medical Degree and recognized Specialty in Nuclear Medicine.
- Registration or intention to register in the Cyprus Medical Register (or EU equivalent).
- Knowledge and experience in Nuclear Medicine diagnostic techniques (incl. PECT/CT) and basic principles of therapeutic applications.
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English.
Desirable/Will be considered an advantage- Clinical experience in oncology cases and participation in MDTs.
- Experience in radiation protection procedures, regulatory compliance and QA/QC.
- Participation in clinical trials/research protocols or educational activities.
