Your Path to Employee Wellbeing

The Curis Workplace Wellbeing Program follows international best practices enhanced by technology and it is supported by our comprehensive list of services.

We provide organizations with advice, support and guidance for the development and implementation of their workplace wellbeing strategy.

The Program is managed through the Curis Digital Platform which was developed by the Curis Network. In 2022, the Cyprus Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance awarded our platform for best practice with the “Digital Platform for the Comprehensive Management of Health and Wellbeing at the Workplace” award. 

We support organizations to develop their own Sustainable Health Community (SHC) by encouraging behavioral change, contributing to a healthier community. SCH is an initiative that falls under the organization’s ESG Strategy and supports the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN.
Curis Network provides tools to evaluate the current community status, identify needs, create, and implement the ideal program and measure its performance. Technology assets optimize strategy by providing feedback and support for the better management of the program.
Furthermore, we engage with an Occupational Health Physician (OHP) in accordance with the provisions of national legislation and its amendments. On behalf of the organization, Curis Network identifies and selects the doctor. Your organization forms a contractual relationship directly with the doctor.

Our Network maintains working relationships with a variety of service providers. These providers cover a range of services from physical to mental health, wellbeing, coaching, meditation, medical training, activities and events. Organizations can tailor these to their own Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that accommodates their strategy and meets employees’ needs.

In more detail, our EAP supports services promoting physical health through Virtual Medical Consultation, Physical and Virtual Physiotherapy, Second Medical Opinion, and Nutrition Management.

With mental health constituting an integral part of holistic health and wellbeing, services offered to support this include Counselling, Group Sessions, Self-Assessment Tools, and a Support Line.

In addition, as a healthcare organization, we understand how pivotal physical activity is to maintaining a balanced lifestyle, good health, and performance in all areas of life, including work. Therefore, our EAP supports physical activity services such as Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training and Dancing through our network of trusted service providers.

Other services enhancing holistic health and overall wellbeing to increase performance and achieve work-life balance are Personal and Professional Coaching, Guided Meditation, Meditation Breaks, and Stress Relief Techniques.

Our Health Academy includes a plethora of educational content such as Webinars, Seminars, Workshops and Life Skills Training. These are an additional benefit of our platform. They are available on-demand and users can take advantage of them at their own pace.

And because we believe that events in real life, and not only online, play a significant role in maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle, we offer the option for activities and face-to-face events such as Team Building, LifeWalks for good causes, and Smoking Cessation programs.
