CHG may provide services through a membership-based electronic platform (“Platform”), hosted on the cloud. Users of the Platform (also called “Members”) will create an account and access the Platform through the websites and/or several user interface applications. The Platform provides the opportunity to its users to manage their health and wellbeing by facilitating access to physical and/or digital services (collectively called “services”). CHG owns and operates a web-based and mobile application that requires users to create an account in order to access services.
- Terms
By using any of the Platform, and/or the websites and/or the user interface applications, you agree to be in agreement with these Terms and Conditions, comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the area of your presence. Failure to do so may result in you be responsible for any losses and/or costs resulting from the breach of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not access and/or use this platform and you are kindly asked to terminate your visit to CHG websites.
CHG may, in its sole discretion, modify and update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to ensure that they remain relevant. The amended Terms & Conditions will be posted here, and you will be bound by such updated Terms & Conditions by the time they are posted. By accessing and using the platform after such changes are posted, you agree and consent to all such changes.
- Access
You may access and use the platform via remote access connectivity. CHG provides you with limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform in order to access services offered through the platform. In order to use the platform, you will be asked to register an account and create login information including username and password.
By subscribing to our platform for the purposes of being provided with our services, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years and permitted to use the platform. In case the legal age in your Country is older than the age of 18 years then you are asked to follow the minimum legal age of your Country.
To register an account with the platform you will be asked to provide, including without limitation, your legal full name (name and surname), a valid email address, your phone number, financial information (card details) when submitting a payment, emergency contact and any other information requested in order to complete the subscription process and form an account. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information on our data protection policy and rights of individuals that CHG engages with in respect of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation and our Cookies Policy for information about how we use cookies or similar technologies on our platform.
A single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You must safeguard your login credentials and you must not disclose this information to anyone. CHG cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are also responsible for all the content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You must notify immediately CHG of any unauthorised use of your account by emailing to privacy@curisnetwork.com
You are under no obligation whatsoever to provide us with your personal data. You acknowledge, however, that without obtaining it, you will not be able to subscribe, access and use our services.
If our services are deemed to be illegal in your area and/or Country, then you are asked NOT to use the services and terminate access to our websites.
- Use
By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that CHG has a limited role in facilitating your access to health and wellbeing services, including without limitation, access to telemedicine. CHG is not an insurance provider and always remains independent from healthcare providers or allied professionals or wellbeing providers who provide such services though the platform. CHG’s role is limited in providing the platform to facilitate such connectivity with professionals and cannot accept any responsibility and will not be liable for providers’ actions and omissions. CHG does not engage in the practice of medicine and does not provide any medical services.
By subscribing with the platform, you acknowledge and/or warranty and/or agree and/or confirm the following:
(i) The information you have provided for registering with the platform is accurate and valid and if any information become inaccurate you will immediately update this information,
(ii) You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not, in the use of the platform, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited, to copyright laws),
(iii) You acknowledge that CHG is not a healthcare provider, and that access and use of the platform only facilitates your access to healthcare and/or allied and/or wellbeing providers,
(iv) You use a valid credit card and/or any other forms of payment acceptable by the Central Bank of Cyprus for paying dues and/or services,
(v) Where applicable subscription and/or any other fee is prepaid and is non-refundable,
(vi) Cancellation of subscription payment before the expired date is not allowed. You resume the right to cancel your subscription at any time. However, CHG is not obligated to return part or the whole amount paid for the subscription,
(vii) Τhe subscription fee refers only to your right to access and use the platform in order to gain access to the services offered through the platform. You are fully aware and acknowledge that any use of services entails additional costs that may vary. You will be aware of the fee of the required service before accessing the service and you will be asked to complete payment to acquire such service. Fee is prepayable and non-refundable,
(viii) Free services under your subscription package are expressly stated as free of charge,
(ix) You are not allowed to transfer any of the services offered under your account to any third party,
(x) You use the platform for yourself or a child under the age of 18 years for whom you are the legal guardian.
- Disclaimer
CHG does not provide any healthcare or wellness services. Professionals providing such services, do so as private individuals or through their employer.
Since teleconsultation and e-health related regulations and legal framework varies between different geographical regions, CHG accepts enrolment of professionals on the platform provided they hold a valid license at the area (region or country) they stand at the time of application. This might mean that any legal claims against any of the professionals might be required to file in the area standing at the time of consultation.
We, take all reasonable steps to verify each professional’s licence, academic history and qualification background. However, due to the complex nature of verification, we cannot guarantee the validity of such information and you shall therefore, hold CHG harmless of any possible loss and/or liability that might arise as a result of receiving the service.
- Cancellation
You may cancel your account and thereby withdraw your consent permitting us to process your personal data at any time by emailing to cancellation@curis.health at which point your account will be cancelled by our team in a timely manner. Your account is considered cancelled when you have received an email confirmation of cancellation from us.
Your content will be immediately deleted upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. You are strongly required to read our Privacy Policy for more information on what type(s) of information we may retain following closure of your account in accordance with the applicable law(s) that we may comply with.
- Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that CHG owns the platform. CHG is the sole and exclusive owner of the platform, including an and all copyright patent, tradename, trade secret and other ownership and intellectual property rights, in and to the platform and any related material and documentation. All intellectual property rights remain to the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials and methodologies/activities;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer ant software contained on the platform;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by CHG at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Platform may contain links to third-party website(s) that are provided to enable your access to services. By following these links, you understand that they are external links and CHG is not responsible for the content of these links. You also agree that you access these links at your own risk and you are bound by Terms & Conditions of use for such websites and not by these Terms & Conditions. CHG cannot accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any medical or other information is in any way related to these links.
- Indemnification and limitation of liability
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CHG, its directors, shareholders, employees and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses and settlements resulting from your (i) access and use of the platform, and (ii) your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
CHG cannot accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any direct or indirect or any damage whatsoever resulting from any loss of use, loss of profits or any other pecuniary loss arising out or in any way connected with the platform.
CHG will not be liable for ant failure of the platform to perform resulting from any cause beyond CHG’s reasonable control, including without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communication failure. Although CHG takes all the required measures to ensure security, you perceive the underlying danger of malicious access and destruction of your data by third parties. CHG holds the responsibility to inform you immediately about any malicious access and / or destruction of your data as soon as this is noticed.
CHG cannot accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any actions, omissions and any damage resulting from your communication with healthcare or other providers. CHG does not interfere in the medical process and does not, in any way, offer medical services. CHG’s role is strictly limited in providing the means to facilitate such communication and access to services. At no time will CHG, its partners, directors, shareholders and employees will be held liable for you or anyone else for any loss or damage incurred due to decisions taken after your interaction with the platform and / or your communication with healthcare or other providers through the platform.
- Laws and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
